Crimea's Kerch city was flooded, occupation Head travels by inflatable boat

More than 200 houses have been flooded in occupied Crimea’s Kerch as a result of heavy rains. Moscow-controlled head of Crimea Sergei Aksyonov was seen travelling on an inflatable boat, while lifeguards were swimming across the city center.
